Blaster’s Pasture

Our complete salad bar with all of your favorite fixins and soup.

Noodles Experience

The Brick Oven

The Brick Oven offers traditional and flatbread pizzas, Stromboli, and calzones. Grillworks serves specialty grilled sandwiches, tacos, and a complete potato bar.

Global Chef

Stop by this sizzlin’ station and try a variety of spiced-up cuisines from around the world.  In addition, Mines students don’t have to wait ‘til morning to scarf down their ‘breakfast fix.’ Prepared-to-order omelets are a guaranteed favorite from this location!

Desserts

We offer a nice variety of freshly made in house dessert daily for you to choose from, including a selection of delicious ice cream.
